the time draws near

So... in less than 24 hours, I will be boarding a plane to Coppenhagen, Denmark... then from there I'll fly to Oslo, Norway. Wow, this past week has gone by fast!!

If anyone reads this, if you could remember me in your prayers, that I have safe, stress and hastle-free, on-time flights and train rides, that'd be most wonderful!!! :) Thanks so much!

My Ethiopian visa came in the mail a few days ago. Exciting. YAY! :)

ticket

I bought my plane ticket to Norway yesterday! Got it for a really good price, thank ya Jesus! There are still many preparations to be made, but I'm starting to get excited!

The sunny weather here has lately been turning back to typical Seattle rain. Oh well, variety can be nice. I'm looking forward to getting out in the sun at Creation Fest 07 at the end of the month though! It's supposed to be in the upper 80's... sounds lovely :)

MOVED

Heyyy. I'm moving from my old blog (www.iwasdeadthenalive.blogspot.com) to this one. That one was for my time in Norway/Thailand on DTS (Discipleship Training School). Now my DTS is over, thus, a new blog has been created!

In about three weeks, I will go back to Norway and stay there until August 20th, when I will go to Ethiopia. I will be part of a "One-Year-Team" there, consisting of 4 other people. We will be in Ethiopia for 9 months, living among the Arsi people of Kofele, doing many different types of ministry there.

I will try to keep this blog well updated.

I would love to hear from people "back home" and/or in Norway during my time in Ethiopia! So feel free to leave a comment or send an e-mail any time!! :)
